Inside of us we have a storehouse of information we have gathered throughout our lives but very often much of this information just sits there doing very little at all. For example, we know how old we are and we know what we do to fill our days but unless we bring our attention to these two pieces of information at the same time, we might never see that we are not spending our time well and that life is passing us by. It is only by bringing different bits of data together and examining them in parallel can we really get to understand more about ourselves and about life. These verses give your mind something to ponder which you might not have previously thought about before and also they combine ideas which you might not have joined together either. Find time to read a few verses and reflect, ask questions and seek answers. Everything you need to know exists within you. Isn't that an amazing prospect? That everything you need to know to create a fantastic life for yourself lies within you, it just needs some outside prompting to bring it out. So many people talk to a God which they believe is external to them, totally oblivious to the fact that the God they seek answers from is actually right inside of them – is them!

I have been curious about life ever since I experienced a major downturn in my life over thirty years ago. Like many people, I started writing just to express my thoughts and frustrations and it grew from there. I started writing novels based around my life but they weren't so good and then my writing changed to what I was discovering. Life had been dragging me in all sorts of directions and I was very confused and lost. Thankfully that time has passed and I now see clearly the way of things.Currently I am publishing two books: 'Not To Blame - what you become is not who you truly are', and 'What's it all about?' The latter is a collection of 180 short verses (thoughts) which I've had sitting in my computer for too many years.I've had many lines of work including policeman, care worker, rehabilitation officer for blind & p/s and now English teacher in China which I've been doing for over five years. Now I consider myself a teacher and writer.
