About this ebook

Here is, to be more exact, a mysterious youth story coming from China, a magical country in another corner of this world.
The whole story was born in an ordinary family, which doesn't imply that it will not be an extraordinary dream.
Picture Harry Potter and you’ll see what I mean.
I want to use this novel to trace the development of a young man that is me from immaturity to maturity, and I hope I can make it at the end of the story.
Here it is.

In most part of china, middle schools are generally rated as key schools and ordinary schools.

In this city, there are several key middle schools, which can provide a greater possibility of enrolment for the students because we really have a large population.

Confronted with immense pressure from peers, it is more and more difficult for us to enjoy a simple and joyful life.

My school is not a key one, which means we have to make extra efforts to achieve our goals.

You are incredibly common students in an ordinary high school, so you have to work harder and harder to chase your dreams!

Our teachers in all subjects have consistently reminded us how important it was to work hard.

Compared with the costs in key school, the cost of ordinary school is much cheaper. It is lucky that the tuition fees are affordable to students coming from low-income families.

Our head teacher Wang is a married woman, who taught us Chinese. She’s always been kind to us, so if she told we to stay quiet in the classroom and we did accordingly.

Class masters’ work is very important and arduous under the complex and pluralistic social environment. The head teacher or classroom teacher must be sensitive to the students' needs and they had to reconcile disputes among the students.

In our country, many teachers still adopted the force-feed type teaching method except her.

Nowadays, school education still bases on education coping with exam, which detains the development of times.

What is exam-oriented educational system? It is very difficult to explain it in a few sentences. It is clear that under this system, students are well trained in examination techniques rather than well educated. The good news is that over the years China's education system is shifting from exam - oriented mode to diathesis mode.
