About this ebook
This addition offers all selections from book one “Change You Now” and book two “Let Go, Be Still and Rise”. It also contains a bonus section with additional chapters and an Appendix section of helpful tips, affirmations, suggested readings and more. “Harvesting the Power Within,” suggests techniques to move forward in manifesting the life that you dream of and desire. Addressing topics such as how one can free themselves from blocks and transcend into a stress free and abundant lifestyle. Please be forewarned: it requires daily work. Any book offering you a miracle or quick fix is probably not worth the paper it is printed on. Nothing changes without applying effort.
The chapters are short and to the point with no fluff and fill. We start with basic topics and move quickly, yet gently ahead, as the grip tightens around the aspects of our vibrational essence and energy systems. The beauty in this is that you will see how many issues you can address without dealing with an overwhelming array of guidelines. The universe has a short instruction list for interconnecting with it.
All is related in a roundabout way and we begin to see the circle form. It also becomes apparent to the reader that the most basic principles of traversing the universal highway are sturdy in foundation and rely upon one another. The “Link of Four” is that foundation from our three dimensional perspective and is key to how we communicate effectively with the ethereal. In addition, flow, gratitude, detachment, belief, alignment, vibration and co-creation are terms that you will see again and again as we look at how energy weaves its way through us and into the sea of manifestation.
The driving force throughout is to break down barriers and understand the self in a more universal and less restrictive way. To seek harmony with All that is and to exist in an experience that is the most creative and productive possible. As with everything, additions and subtractions are necessary to fine tune our egoic mind in allowing for a relationship with the field beyond. To unobstruct ourselves and allow the free flow of energy through vibrational adjustment.
Nothing is beyond our reach. Everything imaginable is available to us through a heartfelt creative process, faith in our success and by never giving up on our dreams. Remembering our truth is the key to our desires. In the stillness, you find keys to doors previously closed to your desires. Through this re-gained knowing, you return home once again. Let no soul be left behind and may every spirit shine brighter than ever before.

Love your fetish. #Collegehumor gone wild.Author of new adult fiction and romantic comedies. Realistic plots for today's reader, laced in satire and sexy, adult humor. A self-improvement book and an illustrated children's short story book are also available. My novels tend to bend towards a real-time and satirical view of the world with regards to all relationships˗˗friendships, lovers, family, education, career, all of it. There is no normal despite the fact that some spend a lifetime pursuing it. Normalcy is in the dysfunction of life. It's there; that the real fun and our most memorable times are created. Without loose threads, there is no laughter, no surprise, no reason to seek out anything or anyone. Simply put, I love characters who do what they want to do and make no excuses about it. They thrive and grow on experiences, which is exactly what the goal should be˗˗total freedom with no regret.I am a voracious reader when I'm not writing. My interests vary quite a bit with what I read and I guess that's what keeps me constantly searching for new concepts and perceptions. Nothing wrong with the classics mind you. Discovery can be found everywhere and it's enjoyable to see the birthing of imagination in others as they put pen to paper. It's also fair to say that I am very much a lover of the solitude and beauty that nature offers. Whether it be a lone sandy beach in the tropics, the gorgeous high country in Arizona or the ominous forests of upstate New York, I enjoy all of it. From time to time, I'll frequent a local brewery for a stout or two, but I certainly would never throw my nose up at a nice glass of red in the night time hours. Especially a rainy night with that perfect new book. Cheers!

A Thanksgiving for the Spirit Soul - J. Bango
Part 1: Change You Now
Introduction
Change You Now
is Book one in a two part series. It is a manual, which contains topics related to why we often become stuck
in life or find ourselves in a rut—unfulfilled and not living our dreams. The chapters are short and to the point without fluff and fill. Book two, Let Go, Be Still and Rise
, delves more into vibration and energy, but incorporates the topics in book one. Therefore, this is a good stepping off point.
Many of the ideas within have been expressed before in the thick volumes that sit on your bookshelves as well as my own. The goal here is break down those ideas in an easier to understand format, without having to read an entire book for each topic. If you find topics that you tend gravitate to more than others, then by all means, delve into larger volumes of those specific areas later. This is a good book for those just acquainting themselves with these topics, as well as a quick refresher or reference guide for those already tuned in.
What you will find here is simplicity. What I cannot provide you with is the tenacity to follow through with the concepts in pursuit of attaining the higher, true self; that deep down you already are. That is where you and only you hold the reigns.
Does it require allot of time and effort? Compared to the free time that most spend in front of the television, the computer, with video games, on smart phones—the answer is no. What it does require is belief and the desire for positive change in your life. It requires you to be aware throughout the course of the day of your new practice and techniques that you are utilizing to re-create your reality. It requires mind and habit shifting, a willingness to change and patience. Nothing beneficial shows up with the snap of a finger. It takes time to make changes.
With dedication, you will begin to see the ruts that you have spent a lifetime digging yourself into begin to erode. Things become easier and flow more freely as you become attuned to your natural state, the Divine Source, the Universal Source, God, your Higher Self. Call it what you will, it all leads back to the same place.
You will understand that simply to be is the best doing one can do.
Dark Night of the soul
The absence of light
Everyone’s Dark Night is different and very individual in the mask that it wears and haunts us with, clearly. There is no one escape as we have all traveled a different path thus far and all will continue different paths in the future; thus there can be no one solution.
One must endure his or her own Dark Night alone and emerge victorious in the appropriate time and place based on one’s own emotional demons that must be met, faced and conquered. To fail is to remain in the blackness with one being trapped in the agony, which is the Dark Night.
Consider that if all of us on this plane of existence, on this planet, were to have been raised by the same parents, experienced all of our lessons, joys, sorrows, everything, in exactly the same manner. Then perhaps, there could be a single remedy of escaping the clenches of the Dark Night.
This, obviously, is not the solution to be had, as it negates the purpose of our existence in our present form, at this present time. The purpose being to remember our essence, the true nature of The Divine that is ourselves, or our individual souls reflecting the collective soul of the one, and to expand that essence once remembered through creativity and love. In other words, said remembering brings you full circle; it brings you home to your true nature, to the Source Itself.
Thus, each experience is individual with an individualized solution. It signifies the end of a time, a death, as we shed that which does not serve our betterment and expansion any longer. To rise from the depths is a resurrection or a rebirth of the soul. It is a cleansing process that clears space for the new to enter. The old is discarded, so that we like the Phoenix, may rise from the ashes anew with a refreshed pathway forward. A place where nothing of the past hinders our expansion process.
As with all deaths (which in actuality is what this cleansing is), the pain can be substantial and it can be lingering, as much as several years. To be successful in enduring and mastering the Dark Night is the reward of the resurrection into your new life.
The goal, realistically, should be to advance one’s self to a state of unbridled blind faith, and the knowing that this particular death of a circumstance opens a hole to allow a more spiritually advanced, and hopefully awakened I am
to return reborn.
The negative memories and emotions of the past life are left behind with a new life reemerging.
The undoubted knowing allows you to release, or detach, and thus to be still. Being that stillness allows all things to organize and fall into place for you. To be still…is the complete act of faith.
Fear
Fear is the great inhibitor.
We have all awakened in the morning to the onrush of thoughts and anxieties that seem to begin almost immediately. They can be merciless at times, hitting us with the force of an oncoming commuter train during rush hour. These anxieties accumulate throughout the course of the day, more than hampering our capability of multi-tasking requirements.
Most people, knowingly or unknowingly, suppress these anxieties (fears) as often as possible, in order to continue with our daily tasks with as little disruption to our minds state of being as possible.
It’s similar to an overstuffed dresser drawer that contains far too many clothes, yet we keep shoving that old winter sweater to the back and bottom, rather than finding a more suitable space for it to occupy.
We do the same with our fears. When they rise up, we are quick to dismiss them because we are busy and we have things to do. We simply can’t afford to be weighed down by negative thoughts. These anxieties therefor, are absolutely a manifestation of our own doing. Simply put, they are the build-up of junk in our subconscious mind that has not been dealt with.
The suppression of fear, even if only temporarily (which it is assured to be only temporary), is if anything only a quick fix. Fear is a sneaky little emotion that we quickly tuck away, yet it knows that it can and will rise up repeatedly at its choosing.
Our subconscious is a storehouse for emotions not dealt with and we are the builders and landlords of this warehouse. Think for a moment about that looming bill, that one that you just don’t know how you can ever pay.
It rises up in you every day, but you quickly shun it and push it back down-into that drawer, the subconscious. You have fixed nothing except shifting this thought for another, in hopes of escaping to temporary relief.
We have all done this throughout our life and if we are honest with ourselves, deep down we know that said relief repairs nothing. Any particular fear knows this, and patiently waits to antagonize you again at the slightest glimpse of you relaxing your mind. The mistake that we make with this challenge with our fears is that we enter into battle with it, even by simply ignoring it. This holds true for all emotions for that matter.
Anxieties based on fear stems from not recognizing the anxiety from the very beginning. The result being a continuous onslaught of said fear, which can become debilitating for people on different levels. Allowing anxieties the freedom to rise up in our minds, to truly look at our challenge and recognize it for what it is, is the key to moving away from fear.
The next time the thought of that un-payable bill rears its ugly head, allow yourself to place attention on it in your mind’s eye. Allow it to exist. Picture it on a moving walkway like those located in airports. Acknowledge it in all its facets, with all its circumstances and everything that it affects in your life. Again, allow it to exist. Picture it slowly moving out of the bottom drawer of your mind on the left, and moving along the walkway to the right. Make no effort; just allow it to happen. When it reaches the right side of the walkway in your mind, imagine it exiting and release it from your thoughts.
As simple as this this sounds…it works. That is not to say that the dilemma of the un-paid bill is solved, or that this particular anxiety will not rise up again. It most assuredly will until your burden is reconciled.
What it does allow for is the ability for you to do two things: First, to move on with your day with a little less stress. Secondly, it allows you to confront, rather than hide, from locked away emotions. This later point also sets the groundwork for you to think more clearly and rationally, in relation to how you can begin to explore options. To begin setting goals towards the end result of conquering that unpaid bill.
In short, with persistence, confidence and practice of this simple technique, you will begin to become less fearful and more proactive with all of your endeavors.
This also creates positive thoughts as opposed to the negative, allowing positive manifestation as opposed to negative manifestation. Remember, words mean something, whether they are spoken aloud or in your mind’s eye. As it has been said many times by many a philosopher-you create what you think, period.
If you begin to apply this practice to even one anxiety in the beginning, and do so faithfully and repeatedly (not once and then get lazy, angry or simply give up), you will notice a change begin to emerge almost immediately. Little by little, you will become more confident and more at ease after confronting your emotions on the walkway. When I say confronting them, I am really saying viewing them, or allowing them to be unsuppressed, to exist.
Shake vigorously a bottle of a carbonated liquid such as a soda or a beer beverage. If you then open the bottle, it begins to spew violently because of the built up pressure. This is analogous of what we, as individuals, often tend to do with our emotions. The result is often messy and unsatisfying.
When you begin to add other anxieties to the walkway as they rise up in your mind, and deal with them in the same way, your
