As we consider the atrocities of war, it’s important to look beyond the politics and stop to think about the personal impact of terroristic acts against men, women and children in the Middle East. While the battle is far beyond the physical realm, the impact is very real and felt by all throughout the Land. We read throughout the Bible how God’s people drew closer to Him during times of war, acknowledging His sovereignty and power to protect and preserve His people, and how He used those things which were meant for evil to see His purposes fulfilled. He truly is the Victorious One and in Him there is always victory ... but rarely without an incalculable price!

This book is not meant to be an opportunity for political argument or a platform for or against the war or the broader scope of the issues which could be considered divisive or controversial. Instead, we attempted to provide an opportunity for those who love and support Israel to express their passion for God’s people Israel, the truth of His Word, and the Beloved Messiah whom we celebrate with our love, commitment, sacrifice, and service. The following pages are filled with various examples of how God has used the evil perpetrated against Israel to demonstrate His power at work in tumultuous times. As you read the stories, you will be reminded that God supernaturally intervenes in situations that might otherwise be devastating and merciless. While lives of the IDF are being surrendered to protect their homeland, not one life is lost without impacting a myriad of others.
