Poppy wants nothing to do with her ex-boyfriend Steven after she catches him in an inappropriate embrace with her former friend and flatmate, but Steven denies he is a love rate. He claims that Poppy has got the situation all wrong, and he confidently tells her that she owes him an apology for her accusation – an apology that he will accept only under his conditions.
Steven wants to make Poppy understand what she put him through, an understanding he knows will be achieved only once she cries out his name in deep lust and desire!

Chapter 1

‘Get your hands off me!’ Poppy yelled.

Steven took a breath as he stepped away from Poppy, releasing her from his hold.

‘Poppy, I don’t understand. You won’t see or speak to me, and now I see you with some random guy in the bar, the bar that we used to go to together! You are not playing fair!’

‘Are you joking? You have a right nerve,’ Poppy laughed bitterly. ‘I don’t owe you any fairness, not after what you’ve done to me.’

‘You never let me explain,’ he pleaded in frustration.

‘You must take me for a fool. What is there to explain? I saw what you did with my own eyes!’ She remembered the painful vision of Steven and her flatmate wrapped up in a passionate embrace. Steven, her new boyfriend whom she had thought was so wonderful – and whom she had believed up till the terrible incident that she had been falling in love with.
