About this ebook
How can you stop bullying and help children gain confidence?
Knowing what to do and how to help is one of the biggest problems facing parents or care-givers today, with 7/10 children being bullied and, very sadly, some trying to take their own life, this niche book is written to help children deal with the "emotions" they feel about being bullied
The simple exercises in this book are designed to help children change their emotional response to bullying, allowing them to feel better about the situation and gain a level of confidence and self-esteem.
For those that do not know about EFT, otherwise known as ‘tapping’, it is very simple and easy to use and considered one of ‘the’ best self-help tools on the market today.
By lightly tapping on certain points of the face and body, known as acupressure points (fully explained in the book) it takes the emotional pain out of bullying and not only that, it gives children the opportunity of doing something and help them take control of their emotions when feeling vulnerable or helpless.
This is the very first EFT for Bullying book on the market today, and different to other EFT books, a character in a story takes a child on a journey of what they may be going through themselves and clearly describes how to release their feelings by using EFT tapping to create a special kind of magic.
With individual tap along guides for each of the four major bullying aspects, cyberbullying, intimidating or covert bullying, physical bullying and verbal bullying; a tapping chart and guide; a way to measure feelings and put them into words and comprehensive notes for parents, teachers or care-givers, this makes for an extremely powerful and positive book.
The bottom line is, that by using the tools provided in the book, victims of bullying can learn to feel better, gain confidence and self-esteem, and also start to take control of both the situation and how they are feeling in a natural, safe and effective way.
This positive, powerful book fills a niche market in working directly with the emotions and can be termed as emotional bully prevention.
This book is an absolutely MUST and highly recommended for any child experiencing bullying.

I am one of 10 children and come from an underprivileged background, I went to a standard school and achieved standard grades.I have always loved writing and used to come home from school, grab my pen and notepad and write about my day. I've written numerous stories and lots of poetry, but I kept this to myself for years and no-one knew about this until much later. When I did show people my writing I received a lot of compliments and some of my poetry has been included in local poetry anthologies.Almost three years ago I became a grandmother which opened my heart to writing children's books. My daughter and I published our first book called My Favorite Hugs where we were "voted one of 12 most notable children's books of 2013" by Shelf Unbound and we are half way to publishing our follow up to this.I am an EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) Trainer and an advanced Matrix Reimprinting practitioner. I absolutely love to empower people and show them how EFT can change their lives.Writing children's books is one of my greatest passions. I feel that if children can replace sadness with a smile from the content of one of my books, then I am living my purpose.I have many books in me that will come out over the years, I write in a simple, down to earth, easy to read style. I hope you enjoy my books and thank you for taking the time to find out a little about me.Debby

This book introduces you to a self-help method known as EFT (emotional freedom techniques) otherwise known as energy medicine. EFT works on the basis that the body is made up of energy, and when that energy is out of balance, distress occurs, and by correcting the energy imbalance, the distress goes away.
Whilst EFT has produced (and continues to produce) remarkable clinical results over its many years, it must still be considered in the experimental stage, and therefore, whoever chooses to use this method must take full and complete responsibility for its use.
It is recommended that children under the age of eighteen are to use this book with adult supervision and suggest that the use of these techniques is done in conjunction with existing medical or psychological advice or care.
The characters in this book are purely fictional, and the views and experiences are those of the author, which at no time diminish from those that any individual may be experiencing.

About the Author
Introduction
Bullying is happening everywhere, and according to the Kandersteg Declaration Against Bullying in Children and Youth, an estimated 200 million children around the world are being bullied, which is quite staggering. Unfortunately, bullying can often be something that is suffered in silence as the young person lives in fear of what may happen if they speak up.
Unfortunately, if the young person cannot successfully find a way to feel better about being bullied, this could lead to more serious issues in later life, such as depression or low self-esteem, and according to Centre for Adolescent Health, children who are bullied are three times more likely to show depressive symptoms than those who are not.
I myself was bullied throughout my school years between the ages eleven to sixteen where I was subject to both verbal and physical bullying, having been pinched, punched, called horrible names, had handfuls of hair pulled out, and continually kicked and tormented, but rarely, if ever, in front of my friends or any teachers.
This was an extremely stressful and anxious time, and during it all I had little to no idea why it was happening to me. Many years later, I came to think that it may have been because I was different, and that I almost always wore secondhand clothes, had a large group of friends, and was fairly good at most things, so trust me, I do know what it's like. Unfortunately for me, bullying continued long after I left school and
