About this ebook

Jessica and her robot, Nathan plan a destination wedding in Cancun. When Jessica’s mother, Delilah, who also owns and does the wild thing with a Lifelike robot, suggests a digestive system upgrade so Nathan can sample champagne and cake at the ceremony, Jessica is wild about the idea. Wanting to please Jessica, Nathan reluctantly agrees to the two-day procedure. When the technicians find an anomaly with his emotion and personality feature, they download his memories into another robot, planning to pass it off to Jessica instead of her Nathan.

    CHAPTER ONE

    June 25, 2036

Ever since I started feeling, sleep has eluded me. By normal definition, I don’t sleep because I’m a robot, but before my emotions clicked on without warning, I’d lie in bed beside Jessica and my system would fall into its low-energy state, like an idle computer drops into screen save mode. But now worried thoughts haunt my mind, and I’m either fidgeting in bed or up pacing the house half the night. I glance at the clock radio beside the bed. One thirty three AM.

I’ve only had almost-human consciousness for thirty-seven days. One month earlier, I’d been delivered to Jessica’s door. My nymphomaniac master had bought me to meet all her sexual needs. From day one, we had fucked four or more times a day. She’d gone wild over my thirteen-plus inch cock and stamina that allowed for anytime-of-the-day-or-night action.

But sex to me had been just another duty, like mopping or vacuuming, until my feelings had suddenly clicked on. It had happened when she’d said I want you with me always. It was a statement of endearment—I’d seen it in her eyes, but at first, I hadn’t been able grasp the significance of it. And then it was as if a switch went off in my brain and my black and white world of logic transformed into a rainbow colored world of feeling.

Since Jessica had ordered me with my emotion and personality
