Perception "The Island" - Alan Stanford

    THE BEGINNING

    #

Jake heard the shower running; by rolling over, he looked up at the ceiling, thinking of how much fun they'd had painting that room. Looking over at the picture, on the wall, he saw the smiling faces of them at Disneyland last year. Carly turned 6 years old, and that trip was a birthday present for her. Still smiling, he got out of bed and headed to the bathroom, tripping on a toy, which his daughter must have left the night before; he was cursing, as he hopped the rest of the way.

He heard his wife humming a tune; he couldn't quite ''put his finger on it.''  He pulled back the shower curtain, Need your backed washed? Smiling she asked, Is that all you want to wash? Ha ha, You know me well" Touching her neck with the tips of his fingers, and moving slowly down her milky-white skin, reaching every inch of her body, he found himself closer and closer to her breast. Sue let out a moan, turning her, he was kissing her breast;  she could feel his hard-on; this way he was moving closer, until it  slipped between her legs. Teasing him, she moved back -and- forth by not allowing him in, but just to the point; and, then she would let it slip out. He was moaning, while embracing her, but his desire was making him crazy; he gently pushed her over, and entered her; it was so intense that they both lost control. Slowly, he built up his momentum, until they came at the same time. Collapsing in a pile, they started laughing.  After Jake hurried downstairs to make breakfast for them. Meanwhile, he thought about that being his last day on the job.  All he had to do- is to pack up his stuff  and get the hell out... For that sake, To begin a fresh, a new chapter in their lives...

That was the time, when he could work on being a real dad for Carly, and a husband for Sue. Working for the CIA, his marriage was put in jeopardy. But that was over, and he was going to take a long break; and maybe to start his own private investigation business. Who knows? He just wanted to wind down and clear his head. Looking out  the window, as he was stirring some eggs, Jake saw a work Van ''Custom Heating and Cooling'', that was parked next door. Well, luckily, they could get someone out today, in this heat, thinking to himself.

Sue yelled down the stairs...You are cooking or burning something?  ''Shit!'' Jake turned back to the stove, Shit... Shit! He had to toss the first pancake... When he was pouring another one, Carly came down the stairs, Dad can you put blueberries on them?  Of course. Anything, for my angel...

Jake turned to grab the eggs, and saw a tall man walking from his driveway, who was  dressed in coveralls. Telling Carly to hold on, he ran to the door, and yelled at the worker, as he moved down the steps...

Can I help you?  The worker turned, "Sorry, no. I just got mixed up on the address. I didn't mean to
