About this ebook

We have read some of the most mysterious stories of God's supernatural power in the bible, but yet we fall short of seeing many of those same miracles performed today. The author wanted to know "What Has God Done Lately?" Just the typical and usual kind of relationship with God was not enough for Her. She requested that she be granted the wisdom to get know Him the way they knew him in the bible days. She exercised unusual faith, trust and belief that God is who He says He is and, that He is indeed a re warder of them that diligently seek Him. In return, God demonstrates 22 years of His supernatural power in her life by His actions, through people, dreams, visions, visitation and communication. This book will not only sky rocket your level of faith immensely, it will also allow you to experience a refreshing dose of God's love, power and concern for regular people like you and me.

    Dedication

This book is dedicated to the memory of my mother, Isabell Garner. She passed away in 2005. If I had not cared for you during your time of sickness, I may have never gotten to know God in such an up close and personal way.

This book is also dedicated to all of you who are desperately seeking to know the real truth of God’s existence and if He really does perform miracles. He does, and this book is an actual account of events that I have personally experienced since I accepted Jesus Christ into my life as my Lord and Savior. An introduction I owe to my father, the late Bishop Simuel Garner (June 22, 1922, July 10 2010). Daddy, rest in peace.

Be Blessed and, when you have finished reading this book, I hope your faith in God increases 100 percent. Please pass the book on so that you may be a contributor in helping to increase the faith of others.

    Forward

What is faith? Is it some mystical power that only a precious few can experience? Or is it as the scripture (Hebrews 11:1) says, the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen. Peggy G. shares her stories of faith and miracles to inspire and motivate others to hold on to God and trust Him for every need in their lives, from the smallest to the greatest need.

Many today insist that the age of miracles is long past and those who claim to hear from God are misguided, or deceived. The news media quickly points out those who use the name of God to explain behavior that is clearly misguided or the product of a diseased or deceived mind. The people may be called religious zealots, or extremist. Regardless to the explanation no one wants to be associated with those who claim to hear the voice of God and behave in ways that are clearly not in line with Biblical standards. Those individuals somehow cast a shadow on everyone who lives a life of faith. Those who believe scripture realize that God is the same yesterday, today and forever. His Word is the same. His ability to intervene in the lives of men and women is the same and His love for his creation continues.

While many are comfortable with the idea that in the Bible days, people could hear the voice of God, some of the same individuals somehow hesitate when anyone suggests that God is still speaking today. Somehow the daily miracles that God is working may be explained away or are never even mentioned. Sadly, many of those who count the age of miracles as over are people who call upon the Lord’s name, those who should walk closest to him and know him the best. Peggy G raises the question, not what God has done, a thousand or even a hundred years ago but what has God done for you lately? The Spirit of God is every-present, ever-moving and ever-powerful in our lives. The Lord desires to have a personal relationship with us, one that is strengthen as we walk with Him day by day and hour by hour. He is not just the God of yesterday but today, not just the God of our Fathers, but our God as well. He desires to do great and greater works in our lives but too often is hindered and hampered by our own unwillingness to seek him, to rely on him and to read his Word that we might learn more about him.

Significantly Peggy G shares her own salvation story and her growing walk with God. The salvation story all started as a simple act of faith, accepting Jesus as personal Savior and the opening of a new life, a new adventure that continues to reveal the true destiny and purpose in life. Peggy shares her growing reliance on God and His response. Time after time she turns to Him and He responds proving again and again that He is there, on the job, in the home, moving in her personal and professional life. God does not live just in Church. He does not sit around waiting for people to come to a worship experience. The Lord is everywhere, ever-present, whenever someone needs him. It is not that God is not present or available; Peggy’s experiences clearly show that he is. The question is, are we always willing to listen? The great God of the universe loves every individual so much that he can hear the prayer of a tiny child, as well as the prayer of a famous evangelist. They both have access to the throne room. Our faith opens doors that may seem shut in our faces; our faith can provide ways when every avenue seems exhausted. Our faith provides a thoroughfare on which the miracles can freely and frequently travel. Miracles are God responding to the needs of
