An Important Caution

The advice given in Allergies, Asthma and the Computer User is based on my personal experience when in 2006 I became the casualty of the effect of long term computer use on my health.

Like everyone else I did not realize that computer use had an effect on health and so I did not take the sneezing and headaches and so on as a warning that something was going on that needed a few changes in the way I handled my computer use.

I had to learn to accept the fact computer use hurts as a consequence of suffering life-threatening consequences of long-term computer use the doctors could neither understand, diagnose or treat.

What I am sharing in this short book are things I wish someone had told me many years ago, which would have spared me so much suffering

I was forced to go to the human computer user manual we call the Bible where with prayer and consistent study, I began to understand the human code of existence, its violations inherent in computer use and the various measures put in place by our maker before hand with which we need to comply in order to minimize the effects of these violations and avoid devastating consequences.
