CHAPTER

Paziga is sitting in his sea glass chamber. He is taking AB+ group of human blood mixed with whisky, for this is his every mornings drink after five hours of sleep, Today perhaps, today he is feeling tired. His eyes are closed and one thousand years of his memory shop is open. He was the first to build his castle in sea. Today the population of sea world has increased to one thousand billion. All the riches are in the sea. All the poor are struggling on land world. Paziga is a fool proof man. He is safe from any kind of bullet or any kind of radiations. Killing him is almost impossible. His all the bones and all the joints are replaced with strong long life tough plastics. His scull is sheathed with flexible lead covering. Today he is one thousand years old. All along his life he has been struggling to get reign over the world. Today he is undisputed king of the worlds, the sea the land and the moon world. All the remote controls are in his hand. One push of a button can destroy the both worlds. First time in his life Paziga is feeling little tired today. The shutters of his one thousand year old memory shop are scanning through his earlier days. He is sitting on his wheel chair. All his muscles and tissues are in bad shape, however he has been taking his special tissue drink for long, but ageing has caught him. He is feeling old now. Perhaps today he is sensing death inevitable. After sensing death his memory scanning has become very fast. He was born on land, a poor as per the standards of his society. His father James was an electrician, his mother a nurse name being Jonah. A small house and a four seated car were their only property.

How excited he was! When, his sister was to born. It was duff land charity hospital; his father was anxiously sitting in the waiting lounge and Harrier the real name of Paziga was just glazing at the maternity door. He was told that he is going to have a sister that was what it was disclosed in sonography test. When the nurse opened the door and brought out a briskly crying baby, the four year old Harrier could not sustained silence and rushed to see a sister of his own. Elena! He cried for he was told by his father the name of new baby. His father quietly pulled him aside and instructed to keep patience as Elena was too young to play with. Next day his mother came home with a new member of the family. Now they were four. Every day Harrier was excited when he returned from school. And every day he was frustrated to see that his sister is still not able to talk and walk. Harrier’s chemistry was altogether a different one. His body language was very desperate looking child. His mind setup was not matched with the children of his age and time. He used to sit alone in his nursery playing school. He used to talk little. He was having no friends. Other children of his class used to fear of him. Sometimes he was very violent against his classmates. Children did not dare to talk him voluntarily. His teachers were also surprised and astonished to see his behavior.

In spite of his unethical unnatural unmatched character Harrier was very intelligent. His eyes have special glaze. His body language combined with eyes screen He was a fabulous character. His one glimpse was sufficient to impress anyone. Perhaps he was one in thousands. That was the reason that even a four years old harrier had a special meaning for his teachers and near ones. His sister Elena was growing slowly and it was overwhelming for harrier to the changes in her. He was no longer interested in his small children playing room. He always used to make Elena’s face shape by earthen soil kept in his play room. His father James had no time to spend with little child. His mother Jonah as usual went to her health clinic every morning. After schools it was harrier his home and his children room over the day. Jonah used to stay at home in the evenings for his child Elena. But harrier could see the uneasiness on her face. The little child could not understand why his mother is feeling so heavy even she had a beautiful child in her lap. Perhaps Jonah was missing her evenings enjoyment due to little Elena. She was a little jealous to James as he was enjoying all his freedom as before. She used to think how men are brutal and careless for women; her society has no tradition of women living in home and caring children. But she had no enough money to keep the child in children nursery. She used to curse James for their poverty.

The little Harrier was unaware of all the feelings of his mother and father. He was only waiting for her sister to grow walk and talk to share time with her. Time was passing very fast and one day he saw his sister taking few steps on her own. It was the most joyous day for Harrier. Soon after few days his sister started walking with him and a few months later she uttered her first word to harrier calling him brother. It was a day of utter delight for Harrier for the day had come for which he was eagerly waiting.

Her mother Jonah also used to feel relaxed. The relation between James and Jonah started souring for unknown reasons. Perhaps in their society it was not customary to live together for long time. Every male and female wanted full freedom, But little Harrier did not know all about. His little and sharp mind could only understand that his mother and father are uneasy with each other. And finally the eventuality happened one day. Jonah left the house with Michael her college day’s friend. Harrier could understand only when for many days he could not see his mother. He asked his father about her, but his father only could gaze at him and kept silent rather indicating him towards children room.

Harrier was least bothered about all these as his sister had become his mate. He had a tremendous love for Elena.

Harrier was ten years old when his father James thought of separating both Harrier and Elena. James was engaged with another woman named Reyna and wanted to live with her. He had to remove Harrier and Elena somehow.

By now Paziga opened his eyes and took a sigh of exclamation. He ordered his soup buy indicating his finger towards his computer cum robot. No person was allowed to come into his chamber. Everything was served automatically through automated racks and drives. Paziga was in a different mood today He wanted to remember all his old one thousand years history. Taking sips of his special mushroom soup he closed his eyes again.

He was ten years old when he along with her sister Elena was separated from their father. They were admitted to a boarding school and left independent in this troublesome world. Harrier was least bothered about all this but He was worried about his sister. Elena was a child still and she needed perhaps a motherly care. Harrier was mother father and brother in one soul. He very bravely accepted this challenge. He was busy arranging things in his room and Elena was sitting in a corner. Still today Paziga remembers her innocent unprinted white blank paper face; Elena’s blank face was indicative enough that she has lost everything in this world. Harrier’s first job was to bring her self-confidence into her as he had plenty of it. In his ten years of life harrier never felt depressed of any events or incidents. He had tremendous belief in his self, and every difficult situation made him feel elated one step in life. He knew the art of cop up with any situation may come in life. He took the hand of Elena and started moving around the hostel the new home for them. It was a big hostel with two hundred rooms with a big and round gallery with green grass. By the side of the hostel was mess and cafeteria. A few steps ahead were a big football ground. Tennis court Badminton court and table tennis hall. Elena was least interested in sports, but Harrier took a football and started playing with it. A few moments later it was a new Elena. She forgot everything. The past became a history and she started kicking the ball as she could. Harrier was delighted that a new Elena is emerging out. They played for an hour or so. After that they went to their new dwelling. Harrier took shower and asked to do the same to Elena. After shower they went to dining hall. While eating their lunch they met Franck and Sony. Franck was the first friend to Harrier who stood behind him for a long time. Franck had a very pleasing character soft natured and jolly. He invited Harrier and his sister to his room no forty four for gossip and discussions about their new life as he had also admitted to this boarding very recently. After their lunch Elena felt quite relaxed and joyful. She asked her brother to go to their room no fifty five and take a little rest. Harrier agreed quietly and promised to Franck to meet in the evening. They had to prepare for their studies from tomorrow also.

Suddenly alarm buzzers started sounding in Paziga’s control room chamber. Paziga came back to his present. He ordered his machine robot Oromo to read out the message. It was Paziga 001 on line. Our base satellite control room is working normal, no any forces noticed on land moon or sea active. Complete world in our full control. Our all targets are in line. No enemy activity detected. Over and all.

Paziga took a sigh of relief and took on sip of his mushroom soup. He closed his eyes again. Today he was really enjoying his past.

It was a first and formal meeting of Harrier and Franck in his room no forty four off course Sony and Jonah were also present.

Frank broke the silence by saying Harrier My dear friend we have lost the presence of our parents for the only one and same reason. Do you agree? Yes I think replied Harrier. They need to live their own life as they wish, but I think it is too early to leave us (looking towards Jonah) he retorted. Sony was quite by this time, came out loudly. No no never they need a separate life we are an integral part of their life. They must live with us, prepare our food and teach us to survive in this difficult world. See how the little bird takes care of their children is not it; almost she cried one spoke in one breath. Her face became red and breath discontinue. Calm down dear sister asked Franck. We are clever enough to look after ourselves, is not it true. Gazing towards Harrier and Elena He said my sister is little emotional. Never mind she is speaking from her inn said Harrier. By this time Elena was a spectator only. Her face was having no impressions. Rather she was trying to understand their conversation. We have to live out alone all our life, she abruptly asked. All were stunned for a while. No sister we have good friends to live with and also you have a good brother isn’t it said Harrier looking towards her sister. His sister became quite and her eyes became blank once again as if looking into black holes. Come on Franck tell me about your parents. My Father is a Doctor and working in city Hospital, my mother is also a Doctor but she is doing her own practice. Both my parents are specialist in medicines. They are very busy persons, they get little time to live together, and then how can they care for me. Am I correct Harrier? You seem to be right said Harrier. And what about you! asked Harrier, pointing towards Sony. My Father is Lawyer and He reads many books big and heavy. He knows all the rules of the state. My momma says he is expert of laws and rules. But he does not know simple rule of family life murmured Harrier silently. You said something Harrier? Sony doubted. No no not at all, yes you said your father is an expert lawyer. Yes of course Harrier said Sony. This was their first informal conversation. The sun was going beyond horizons and Harrier had to prepare for their first presence in school, especially he had to give a short lesson to her little sister about school, Elena was appearing first time in school. Their father had already given school bags uniforms and other necessary items to them.

It was a beautiful school equipped with all modern educational gadgets possible on earth. There were forty students in Harrier’s class. Harrier was admitted to forth standard based on his knowledge and aptitude, since it was first day of schooling after summer their teacher spent most of the time introducing students to each other. After lunch break students were given time to introduce themselves and find friends of their choices, As mentioned earlier harrier had an altogether different chemistry and body language that children were usually afraid of coming closer to him. Luckily Franck was in the same class and introduced Harrier to many students. Harrier was least interested in most of them but he showed special interest in Mike Meir and Duke. Also he was interested in Jenny Salina and Christina. All of them introduced each other and promised to meet in room no fifty five, the room of Harrier and Elena in the evening.

On the other hand Elena was very happy in her class; Sweets were distributed to all the children there after children were asked their names, their parent’s names. They were given puzzle quiz to solve. They were also shown cutouts of Alphabets and animals. For the rest of the time they were free to play in play hall with many amusements. Elena was simply delighted to attend her first presence in class. She also made some friends the names of whom she could not remember. After two or three classes she may remember her friends. She was so eager to tell all about to her brother Harrier that she rushed immediately to him after final bells. Harrier was surprised and satisfied to see her face. Her face was not as blank as earlier; it indicated haste to share some good things with her brother.

She told all about her class to Harrier and smiled perhaps first time in life in front
