It begins at the top of the CN Tower, winds its way through selected neighbourhoods of the city and concludes at the back door of Toronto In Transition (T.I.T.), one of Toronto’s most popular newspapers. After visiting with a group of its employees, and others, for only one day, the readers can decide if, in the 21st century, the G.T.A. has the society it so richly deserves, or not.
