Her heart seethes with hate. One day, after being beaten by her step-dad so many times she made plans. Every time he beat her, he would come to her room and try to make up with her. She was ready for him this time. She packs her bags, fully dresses and with her heaviest weapon hid under the covers and waits. Two in the morning, in he comes, drunk as usual.
When he sits on her bed, she brings out the baseball bat and smashes it across his head with such a force she hears a crack, he moans and falls back. Tiffany takes his money from his billfold, grabs her bags and makes a beeline for the door and runs the two blocks to a city bus. Panting, she hops on and heads for the train depot. Hurrying she runs smack dab into a man, named Stan. She's very fearful, but when he treats her with respect, she is glad to have someone to converse with during the three days on the train to Orlando.
Arriving in Orlando late Tuesday night, they separate in the crowd shuffle and she is all alone, again with no plan. While waiting for a cab to a cheap hotel she notices a newspaper with the headline: Have you seen this girl? The police are searching for her. The family wants her home" The next morning she becomes a young blonde woman looking for a job. Days later, she starts a job as a server in a fancy restaurant, and loves it. She meets new friends, but always looking over her shoulder. She worked at the restaurant for several months, when Stan finds her to tell her that he is a detective. Fearful she has to go to jail, but instead he tells her that Frank, after he's released from jail, murders her mother. Tiffany is enraged, and sad. Stan offers to fly back with her to Pittsburgh and helps her with her mom’s funeral and is there for her. After burying her mother, Tiffany goes to her house, and Frank surprised her. Petrified she sneaks out her upstairs window and gets away from him and heads back to Orlando and her job. While on the plane, Stan warns her that Frank is watching the Orlando airport. Bypassing Orlando she goes to Miami. Desperate and no job or money she lives in a rat-infested room and works in a smutty bar, with men pawing at her. One day a clean-looking man comes in and tells her he had a real job. Her workers warn her about maybe getting into prostitution. Desperate, she takes a chance on the job.
She goes to work the next Monday in a well-kept place as a real model. She loves her job and is treated with respect and works for six months. Chapter 1 Are you Really My Sister?

Pastor Paul, handsome, with dark twinkling eyes, was sitting in the church office in Buenos Vista, Florida, when his phone rang. He didn’t realize that when he answered, it would change his life.

Hello, this is Pastor Paul, may I help you?

There was a long pause as he heard on the other end, "I--I read your article in the Miami Herald about your place for homeless people. I think I can use your help." A stammering voice came over the phone.

You are certainly welcome to come here, we will help you. Can you tell me your name, and where are you, right now? Pastor Paul continued.

M –m- my name is T - Tiffany, I saw your picture and I think I might be your s-sister. In Miramar, northwest of Miami, the voice over the phone said with hesitation.

Paul gasped as he heard the name, Tiffany, his heart pounded. He asked, Tiffany, Tiffany, are you really my sister?

"Y-yes, I-- I think I might be. When I saw your picture in the Miami paper, I knew you had to be my brother. You looked just like a picture our mother gave me, before she died. Wish I could meet you. Looking for you for many years; I sure hope you are my brother. All I can think of is the times you helped me when I was little, so very long ago."

Praying for you since we were separated. Are you okay? Very anxious to see and meet with you.

It had been fourteen years since Dad, and I had seen or heard from my sister. So many times, we had tried to find her but always came to a dead-end. It was as if she and Mom had left the face of this earth. Praying for her since I learned how to pray. One day, as I was praying, the Lord said to me, The truth will set your sister free; and you will see her soon. This same voice kept coming tome every time I prayed for her. Trusted God, so I never gave up hope.

Paul’s mind came back to reality as he said, "I feel that you are my sister; and I would like you to come here as soon as you can. Is there a Greyhound bus station near where you are?

Yes, I saw one about 2 miles from where I am now. I don’t have any money, so I don’t know how I can get there.

If you can leave there soon, I will arrange a ticket in your name, to be picked up at the station for tomorrow morning.

"That would be so very nice of you. I do not want you to go out of your way for me, but I would love to see

Is there a place we can meet? I do not think you will recognize me. Will recognize you by your picture."

After you get off the bus, there is a small restaurant next door to the bus station. Wait there and I will come and find you. So thankful that God is bringing you back to me. Searching for you for so long hope that this time will not be too early for you. Will be looking forward to meeting you around noon tomorrow. Ah down -- I- - I love you, Paul said as an afterthought, with tears streaming his cheeks

I - -love you also, Paul, I have missed you so very much! Tiffany said, with a pounding heart so loud and strong she could hardly breathe, as she felt as of it could be heard over the phone. Her hands shook, as she replaced the phone. She had been waiting for this day for so long.

Paul sat back and thanked God. Know you answer prayers. Please let this be my sister and not another hoax or dead-end.

The next morning, Pastor Paul hurried to the restaurant near the Orlando bus depot. As he sat in a booth near the entrance, he could see the people as they entered the restaurant. Waiting, he nervously ran his hands through his wavy hair, in expectation of seeing his lost sister. His brown eyes twinkled as his mind flashed back to when he and his sister were growing up. She was the sweetest three-year-old, with dark brown eyes and a bush of beautiful auburn hair starting to curl around her delicate round face. He was twelve years old currently. She was the cutest when she would get into trouble. Her dark eyes, filling with tears, amused him, as she would always look to him for comfort. He was the one she would always turn to for help. He would help her, and she would award him with part of her orange she would sneak out of the refrigerator. She was born so many years after him, but they were always very close the little time they had together.

His eyes clouded, as he continued thinking. Dad was gone so much on business trips that Mom became very lonely. She started drinking and running around and getting in deeper with the drug scene. I would take care of my sister most of the time when I would come home from school. I tried to tell Mom to get help, but she was not able to

One day after school, I was anxious to see Dad, as he was coming home that night from one of his business trips. Entering the living room, I immediately sensed something terribly wrong. I could see that Mom’s bags were packed, and she had Tiffany by the hand and was heading out the door. Dad was sitting in his chair with a stunned and solemn look on his face. Asked, "What is going on here? What is
