About this ebook

Grandma's come in many different sizes and shapes. Grandma's have wrinkles when they get older. Grandma's in trouble and when her Grandchildren race to her aid they discover she is missing. What they find is a messy house, her dog hiding in a closet and clues that they don't understand. When they finally figure it out, they find a Grandma that they never knew existed. This book is about bringing generations together and revealing that inside that wrinkly body still lives a young person in heart and spirit.

Julie Seedorf

Julie Seedorf is a wife, mother, grandmother and a dreamer. In her real life she is a computer technician. Writing has always been in her blood but it wasn't until a few years ago that she ventured into weaving her tales. Julie started writing a column for the Albert Lea Tribune, http://www.albertleatribune.com, 6 years ago. She is their Monday columnist. Julie named her column Something About Nothing because she believes that in every nothing in casual conversation, there is something underlying that we really want to say. Occasionally she is serious, but likes fluffy writing because we have too much gloom and doom in our world today. Julie published her first book Fuchsia, Minnesota in October of 2012. It is the first in her Granny Series about the fictional town of Fuchsia. Julie also likes writing for kids and young adults. Her series, Granny is in Trouble, starting with Whatchamacallit, Thingamajig, was published in January 2013. It is going to be a series about a Grandma teaching her grandkids about life and giving them a glimpse into the person Grandma is and used to be when she was young, hopefully bridging the gap between the old and the young. Julie hopes to continue weaving her dreams in her books.

Thank you to my grandchildren Abby, Brady, Maggie and Jake. You are the inspiration for this book. Thank you for helping me through the creation and idea process. Abby and Maggie, your idea of a glossary instead of changing the words to ones that readers already know to help them learn was fantastic. Brady and Jake, your enthusiasm and ideas added to the fun of this book. Grandma may be older but I am happy you had fun learning who Grandma was when she was younger.

I dedicate this book to my grandchildren. They are
