About this ebook
Open your mind, your spirit, and your heart to be enlightened to the untold story of the “Real truth behind People United for Christ”. Allow me to share my personal experience with you about Peter Popoff a self-proclaimed prophet and faith healer; exposing company secrets and intimate details about actual day to day events of how his staff values their beloved employees and more importantly “faithful partners”! Popoff has been questioned for years; through his countless “Handwritten” letters that request donations to allegedly perform miracles, relieve super natural debt, and promise spiritual healing and blessing in return! Over the course of one year working at People United for Christ, I learned why numerous claims and allegations have been made about this false prophet! Take a walk through the company warehouse doors with me and allow me to disclose what role PUFC plays as a “Ministry,” how they operate as a “Business,” and what role Peter, his wife Elizabeth, daughter Amy, and son Nick play in the lives of their faithful partners.

Reviews for The Real Truth Behind People United for Christ
1 rating1 review
- Rating: 2 out of 5 stars2/5Crystal Sanchez wrote a very honest book of her experience working at PUFC that is comparable and similar to other religious organizations or Civil Servant and Corporate environments. All have in house politics, hierarchy, and Mangers with power and common behavior treat others like slaves, demand obedience to companies rules, have dress codes, and arrogance exhibit being superior and better then others according to their bubble - living on the moon usually have a disconnect from the general world. When a person does not 'fit in' to the mold and is not like 'the others' for sure let known and is subjected to rejection, non acceptance, not hired, fired, used, exploited, dumped and shunned, it is amazing how love and compassion is preached but usually devoid in these organizations seldom practiced and prohibited. All of this is expressed well in Ms. Sanchez's book, worth the read. However as true as all this is, not realized, experienced or understood is Prophet Peter Popoff's product, the in depth spiritual aspect, that in his letters and ability to through his power prayer release the things of God, Miracles and healings, his Miracle Ministry anointed to so do that 1,000's of is prayer partners are aware of this and receive via the letters. Thus the success of People United for Christ. No fault of her own as she was on the production end doing the grunt labor not in receipt or benefit of the real product. It seems the shoemakers children have no shoes - that needed is a prophetic anointing for the grunt workers too!

Introduction The Real Truth Behind People United for Christ
I come from a small town where I was raised by the most magnificent parents in the world. From the time I started attending school all the way through high school, I attended a Christian school, because my mom wouldn’t have it any other way. My parents sacrificed their entire life to give me the best education and upbringing they possibly could. They always went above and beyond their means to provide me with the highest standard of values, morals, and ethics.
I wouldn’t say we were an avid religious family per say, but I was always raised knowing and believing in the Lord Jesus Christ Our Savior. Throughout all my years of schooling, an hour a day was dedicated to Bible study, and furthermore, I always attended church on a weekly basis. Religion was never lacking in my life as I was growing up.
After I graduated high school and started attending college, my involvement in the church quickly faded. I was no longer attending private school; therefore, it became very easy for me to distant myself from church. However, the principals and values I learned all those years never escaped me. Regardless of everything I did in my life I tried not to disvalue the principles my parents had instilled in me. I never claim to be perfect, and trust me I’m far from it, but I always try to treat people with the utmost respect unless they deserve otherwise.
Contrary to many people’s first impression of me, I do genuinely try to find and acknowledge the best in everyone. However, time and time again I have been told that people perceive me as being otherwise. I am a Hispanic female with very light skin and eyes, long eyelashes, long blonde hair, slender and medium built, and full-figure chest. From what I have been told, people’s first impression of me is all the opposite of who I really am. They perceive me to be a shallow, cocky, very non-sociable, and a stuck up brat. However, I am all the opposite. I am very friendly, outgoing, bubbly, and well rounded. Although, I guess my appearance and style portray a completely opposite first impression.
After receiving my bachelor’s degree, I found a job working for a financial institution where I lasted one month shy of completing five years. During those five years I had been consistently looking for another full-time job but had no such luck. It wasn’t until I heard from People United for Christ that I found happiness in knowing another opportunity may be coming available to me. And once contacted by People United for Christ, an interesting journey was in store for me and the next chapter of my life.
People United for Christ (PUFC) is also known to many as Peter Popoff ministries. Who is Peter Popoff? To many people Peter Popoff is an amazing, courageous healer, profound minister, renowned televangelist, and super natural debt-reliever! Peter Popoff is a German American Televangelist, who initially rose to prominence in the 1980s. He went bankrupt in 1987 after two skeptics, James Randi and Alexander Jason, exposed his method of receiving messages via a hidden earpiece at revival meetings. The ministries of Peter Popoff claim to share the gospel of Jesus Christ through four anointed ministries,
based in California, Texas, Canada, and the UK. The headquarters is based in Upland, California, with more than 120 employees. People United for Christ claims to be dedicated to meeting the spiritual needs of individuals.
Contrary to popular belief, more goes on at People United for Christ then ever believed imaginable. Over the course of one year working at PUFC, I, Kimberly Banks, personally witnessed unbelievable, inconsiderate, and shameful actions. I would never have expected nor perceived any of these actions from any religious organization, let alone the ministries of Peter Popoff.
Not until contacted by the human resource department of PUFC, did I have any prior knowledge of this company or Peter Popoff himself! Completely blindsighted I started working at PUFC imagining what a healthy environment to work in—a Christian environment! Spectacular! However, after a short period of time, I was proven entirely wrong! I have had more than two dozen jobs and never have witnessed such disgraceful, embarrassing work ethics than conducted at this organization.
Excited and enthused I went to my first interview. I met with a young lady, Kristen, who was younger than I but very knowledgeable about the organization. A standard interview was given and I was extremely honored to be considered for the position as a Donation Processor.
I felt confident I could perform the duties of the job description considering everything described was practically identical to what I was already doing at my present job.
If I was to move forward in the interview process, I would be called for a second interview. A few days passed by and I patiently awaited their phone call. Sure enough I was contacted and was to report for a second interview the next day. The second interview seemed to be a walk in the park! Two kind ladies, Irma and Brandy, buried me with questions about my financial status. All types of questions were asked ranging from stealing a pen to claims of bankruptcy! I was blown away considering that not even at my interviews for the bank did they ask so many financial questions. On the other hand, I was still excited about a new job and thought I’m sure these are just normal precautious measures, every business has their own.
After the interview, I walked out feeling confident that I nailed the interview. I received good vibes from both Irma and Brandy, and I believed they were definitely considering me for the position. Irma informed me that if they indeed selected me for the position of Donation Processor
they would contact me in the next few days. Now it was just a matter of waiting.
I attended my present job as usual, patiently awaiting their phone call. Sure enough three days passed by, and while I was working, I received a phone call from Irma. She immediately picked up on the awkwardness in my voice that I was at work; therefore, she said she would be very brief but wanted to offer me the position of Donation Processor if I was still interested. I gladly accepted the offer, and she said to contact her later when I could speak openly.
Later that afternoon when I got out of work, I called Irma for the remaining details. The following Tuesday morning I was to pick up paperwork to attend my drug test. As soon as the results came back from my drug test and background check, Irma would contact me. It was tentative that I begin work the following Monday. Three days passed and I still hadn’t heard from Irma. Therefore, Friday afternoon I contacted her and made sure that I was to start on Monday as scheduled. All my paperwork came back clear and indeed I was to report to work Monday morning at 8:00 a.m. for orientation.
The First Week
Business at first glance appeared to be conducted like any other organization. I arrived for my first day at 8:00 a.m. as instructed. General forms needed to be filled out associated with the hiring process. My picture was to be taken for my badge, and a general tour and overview of the facility was given by Kristen. Wonderful! I was astonished and overwhelmed by the mass number of photos on the walls of Peter Popoff and his family. Wherever you walked in, the building displayed such happy photographs of what appeared to be a loving and compassionate family!
To my surprise, I was taken across the street to another building. They called it the 2115 building, because it is located on 2115 Arrow Route. The picture that was taken for my badge sure came in handy in this building. I needed my badge for everywhere I went, even access to the restroom!
When you walk through the employee entrance, there is a short hallway, immediately where it ends to the right is Gert’s office and right next to hers is her assistant Stephanie’s office. Then the next room over is the employee breakroom. Immediately following
