About this ebook

This is NOT your typical health book. After reading it, I guarantee you will learn something new and useful, if not life-changing. Most people have never heard of the information in this book, even people in specialized alternative and natural medicine fields.

I'll empower you to become your own doctor, your own industrialist and your own thinker. In order to understand why this is so important, it must be established that most commercial products sold for mass consumption were not created to benefit consumers, but to benefit producers. As this book will repeatedly convey, the consumer never comes first. When we rely on others to produce our products – whether it's medicine, therapies or food – we are giving up power to people who already have enough of it... it's time to stop playing these games and realize how to become independent and healthy.

Take these tools and change your life forever.

    Multidimensional Health - Ben

    Multidimensional Health

    Benjamin C.S. Stratton

    Copyright 2012 by Benjamin Stratton

    Smashwords Edition

Health is about so much more than eating good food. Everybody knows nutrition, exercise, and sleep play a huge role in building a foundationally healthy body – but what about detoxification, electromagnetism, energetics, emotions, and the very structure of the bones themselves? This book covers some of the most powerful do-it-yourself therapies in existence to adjust the body on all of these levels. Neglecting and remaining ignorant to such fundamental aspects of the body is no trivial thing – in fact I am confident that if you want to not only feel your best, but look your best and become absolutely symptom free, you'll want to read this book.

This information is about more than health and vanity, it's about dramatically reducing society's dependence upon corporations and government.. Dependence upon these systems must be reduced because on the whole, such systems refuse to innovate. Of course there are exceptions, DARPA pioneered Internet technology, but such innovations are few and far between. Yes – technology gets a little better every year, cars get more technical, and information becomes more accessible. But when it comes to technological and health technologies that change the paradigm, such technologies are nonexistent.

We laud technological progress and praise its incredible innovations yet for the most part, everything is done essentially the same way. Nothing gets shaken up and nobody takes a step back, going "should we even be doing it this way?"

For example, did you know it's possible to dramatically improve facial structure to align with the biological standard of health and beauty? It is absolutely possible to improve the facial structure, posture and other physical problems through a very simple therapy because I've been doing it myself for over a year. If this technique was ever commercially available, a host of different surgeries would be reduced to rubble.

People need to think outside the box and become aware that paradigm-changing free energy and health technologies are here today, then society will forever be dependent upon oil, electricity, coal, the federal reserve, the government, and massive multinational corporations. Maybe the institutions and technologies will change, but not fundamentally as they constantly seek to create dependency.

Chapter 1 is essentially an overview of how we got here. It's an overview of twisted incentives in our modern society which seek not to make people free and independent, but seek instead to make us debt slaves. Most commercial products sold for mass consumption were not created to benefit consumers, but to benefit producers. As this book will repeatedly convey, the consumer never comes first. When people rely on others to produce their products – whether it's medicine, therapies or food – power is given to people who already have enough of it. People become blind to their own creativity and fail to realize that true power comes from the bottom up, not the top down.

The information following the first chapter will cover profound health and energy developments, this book is filled with invaluable content which cannot be found easily elsewhere on the Internet. There's something useful in this book for everyone.

Chapter 1: Living in a Twisted World

The story of how so many noxious foods wheedled their way into our system is important as it sets the stage for understanding how people have become so unhealthy and why we need to do something about it. Crisco is the very prototype of this process. Almost every Frankenstein food that has entered our society has appeared through similar means.

It is now undisputed that Crisco (hydrogenated vegetable oil) is a poisonous substance, but it has taken nearly a century for that information to reach public awareness. Crisco was introduced in 1911, in an era when wives stayed home and cooked with plenty of butter and lard. The challenge for Crisco was to convince the stay-at-home housewife about the merits of this imitation food, so P&G’s first ad campaign introduced the all-vegetable shortening as a healthier alternative to cooking with animal fats. . . and more economical than butter. With one sentence, P&G had taken on its two closest competitors—lard and butter.

Prior to this, all around the world people used animal fats in their cooking – tallow (beef fat), lard (pig fat), chicken fat, bacon grease, duck fat, etc. Other fats and oils traditionally used in cooking included palm and coconut oils and good old fashioned butter.

All of these fats are saturated and when you’re cooking, contrary to popular belief, this is not only a good thing, it’s vitally important. The main reason is because saturated fats are stable at high heat, meaning they hold their chemical structure. This means they won't form free radicals – unstable molecules that promote disease and aging in the body.

P&G had great success with their product because they never backed down and used every possible tactic to push it into the market. They published a free cookbook called The Story of Crisco which looked like other cookbooks, but all of its 615 recipes contained Crisco.

They even targeted specific demographics like Jews. P&G sold Crisco to Jewish housewives as a kosher food, one that behaved like butter but could be used with meats. Because it made kosher cooking easier, Jews adopted Crisco and margarine—imitation lard and imitation butter—more quickly than other groups.

At first, P&G may not have known that heated vegetable oil (especially hydrogenated vegetable oil) was harmful, but when reports of problems began to appear—heart disease, cancer, growth problems, learning disorders and infertility—P&G worked behind the scenes to cover them up. One scientist who worked for P&G, Dr. Fred Mattson, can be credited with presenting the US government’s inconclusive Lipid Research Clinics Trials to the public as proof that animal fats caused heart disease. He persuaded the American Heart Association to preach the phony gospel of the Lipid Hypothesis (discussed in further detail on page 28). This, in turn, gave much greater credibility to vegetable oil and soon every manufacturer was hopping on board the vegetable oil bandwagon. Only in the past two decades have people begun to discover they were duped.

Since the time of the Industrial Revolution which brought us soda, refined flour, cigarettes, vegetable oil, processed foods and much more – the health of affected populations has degenerated in almost every conceivable way. Look at the fruits of the system: over 45% of the U.S. population is inflicted with chronic disease and 26% have multiple chronic diseases. Diabetes and obesity rates have skyrocketed from what they were in 1900, and continue to skyrocket. Government health departments and large medical associations attempt to take credit for the inevitable development in sanitation (infectious disease prevention) but the facts are clear. Cancer has risen from 1 in 500 by 1950 to 1 in 3 by 1999. 50% of all Australians are diagnosed with cancer by age 85. 25% of all deaths in the U.S. are caused by heart disease.

This trend towards degenerative disease has been carefully observed by many throughout the years. A dentist named Weston Price in the 1930s hypothesized that the factor causing illness was diet, so he traveled to over 13 of the remotest places in the world to observe what native people ate, and what happened when those same people converted to an industrialized, Western diet.

In every case, Price found that individuals who followed their native diet were mostly or entirely free of every degenerative disease – disease that commonly inflicts the modern world. People who followed their native diets did not get cancer, heart disease, or cavities. Their bodies
