Pooh sat on the couch and hummed to herself. It was rather early and usually she would still be curled up in her fluffy bed but today was a very exciting day and she was just too wound up to sleep a moment longer. Today Christopher Robin was coming home. He had been gone to school for so long and it seemed forever since he had been back to the states to visit. But at two pm this afternoon, his train was arriving at the station and with him back, the whole gang would have the next few weeks to visit. It would be just like old times.

The old times on her mind were not exactly helping her to calm down. The whole year after college when the gang had rented an old house on the edge of Hundred Acres and spent the majority of the time partying had been a wild and exciting time. They had all gone separate ways afterwards but things had come together long enough for them to spend some time together renting the same place they had rented that year.

Winnie hadn't seen Christopher for almost four years and she couldn't wait to let him see the new Pooh. Gone was the plump little bear of college and in place was a sexy voluptuous burlesque singer. The rest of the gang had loved the transformation but Christopher was the person she had most wanted to see. Winnie sipped her tea and honey, turning the radio on and wondering how long she had until anyone else was up.

The question was answered immediately by the sound of a cupboard door slamming in the kitchen. Pooh looked up to see Rabbit standing in the door way nibbling on a handful of trail mix. A legal aid now, the retired track star was dressed for running. Regan Rabbit Williams was a sultry blue eyed, brown haired woman with legs that went on forever. Cassie had asked her over shots last night why she never got it fixed but Rabbit had shrugged and said she was too used to it to change now.

Rabbit was very much a creature of habit.
