    For the last decade and a half I have been researching the future of healthcare and the effect of that future on the leadership environment and more importantly on the interconnectivity that these changes will bring to the patient

    This wave like transformation started quietly with the onset of NASA's need for biological testing, physiological monitoring, rapid computing as well as superior communications under less than optimal conditions. This was one of the first if not the seismic event that started the tsunami’s construct.

    As much as we hate to face the facts, the truth is that healthcare providers should be looking and preparing for the tsunami like changes in the diagnostic, administrative, and therapeutic milieu, and it appears they are not.

    In this book I outline the transformational pressures driving this change as well as provide questions and potential solutions that may well assist you in meeting the challenges of Healthcare’s Next Tsunami.

    Russ is retired healthcare professional. He spent twenty years at the bedside and twenty years as a CEO. After retirement he spent five years as a speaker on Healthcares future. He got his MBA at National University. He started writing in 2007 and published his first book in 2009. In 2014 he met Dee Coffeen and they have started Co-authoring novellas and books. Dee Coffeen is a graduate of the University of Kansas where she received both a Bachelors and Masters degree. She has careers in Teaching, Interior Design, and Acidemic Counciling. Both Russ and Dee live in Central Texas.
