About this ebook

Every one was shocked to see Daniel when he came back to work at the summer beach resort. He had become... well, HOT. As people fall in love and lust over him, a certain arrogant and possibly schizophrenic co-worker, Ethan, tries to prevent them to take what is rightfully his.

Ethan may not be the best lover in the world-- scratch that, he probably is the worst lover in the world, never mind what he tells you, but he just might have what it takes to woo Daniel, which includes the three D's: Drive, Determination, and Demonic voices in his head.

Will he be able to drop his superior attitude and overcome his anxiety, cowardliness, and peppermint Schnapps addiction in order to win Daniel over?

Will Daniel decide to accept Ethan, the boy who Sneers, Scoffs, and Schemes (the three S's), and give him the key to his heart (and pants)?

Contains explicit gay sex (oral, anal, rimming) between two men. Adults only!

    Chapter One

Fuck me if I'm wrong, but haven't we met before?

    Did you see Daniel?

    What about him?

He looks... good. Really, really good.

Oh my god, look at Daniel!

    Is that... Daniel?

I rolled my eyes. Daniel was back in town for another fun filled summer at the beach resort, and nobody could stop going on and on about hot he was. Of course he's hot – I've known that ever since I met Daniel. But would I admit to Daniel being hot? Abso-fucking-lutely not. Ever since Daniel started working here three years ago, he has always been a pain in my ass. Always tried to one-up me, talk back to me, or start some kind of petty fight – drunk or not. So why were people making such a huge deal over this loser, and why the hell did they just now realize how hot Daniel was?

I walked outside of the bar and stood on the patio, watching the mass of people surround Daniel. I scrunched my nose in disgust as even more approached him to get a closer look at the supposed hottie.

Girls giggled, women fanned themselves, and men stared open-mouthed as Daniel casually leaned on the steps of the bar patio. He had gotten a tan since I last saw him, but his lean body seemed to be the same as ever, maybe an inch taller at most. His normally shaggy hair was cut and styled. But that couldn't be right – people going crazy over him because of a tan and a haircut?

I felt completely lost. I didn't think Daniel looked much better than he did last year, or the year before that, or the fucking year before that. Was everybody on crack? What was I missing?

Both women and men complimented Daniel's looks; some more awkwardly than others. Many became nervous and mealy-mouthed in front of him, stuttering their come-ons and butchering their pick-up lines. Others completely froze on the spot as Daniel flashed a brilliant smile their way.

Daniel, you- you look- Erin, a co-worker, stumbled over her words. I eyed her curiously. Even Erin was going googly-eyed for him, despite the fact that years ago we both made a secret pact to hate Daniel forever and ever. What the fuck.

What? I look what? Daniel asked her. His calm composure turned to panic as he patted down his face and hair in worry.

Um... Erin held Daniel's arms to stop him from freaking out. You look great. That's all. She put on a smile for him, and then gave me a meaningful glance. I half shrugged, not understanding. That girl was weird sometimes.

Our boss, Ro, came out to see what the hubbub was all about. She gasped in surprise once she saw Daniel. My, you've... grown, she finished rather lamely.

Hey, Ro, Daniel grinned, embracing her
