About this ebook

Defining meditation is like defining love: It’s virtually impossible, as the experience is unique to each individual.

Meditation introduces clarity and serenity to your subconscious to help you achieve an enlightened, peaceful state. It actively removes negative patterns and thought processes to simply “be” in a peaceful place of oneness with your consciousness.

Meditation is not just the effort of closing your eyes, drifting into a quiet world, and coming back to your busy life. The art of meditating trains your mind to shut out the “clatter, the clutter, the cloudiness.” Subsequently, your sharply focused state becomes a part of you -- even when you’re back in the “real world.”

    UNDERSTANDING MEDITATION

Defining meditation is like defining love: It’s virtually impossible, as the experience is unique to each individual.
