DEDICATION
To my two grown sons, Brent and David, who continue to bring joy to my life and my wife Gretchen’s life. They allow me to try out on them many of the initial ideas that pop up in many of my books, and for that I am grateful. They are a lot of fun, too, and Gretchen and I so much enjoy their visits and our phone conversations with them.
