About this ebook
The guide to shortening your execution cycle down from one year to twelve weeks
Most organizations and individuals work in the context of annual goals and plans; a twelve-month execution cycle. Instead, The 12 Week Year avoids the pitfalls and low productivity of annualized thinking. This book redefines your "year" to be 12 weeks long. In 12 weeks, there just isn't enough time to get complacent, and urgency increases and intensifies. The 12 Week Year creates focus and clarity on what matters most and a sense of urgency to do it now. In the end more of the important stuff gets done and the impact on results is profound.
- Explains how to leverage the power of a 12 week year to drive improved results in any area of your life
- Offers a how-to book for both individuals and organizations seeking to improve their execution effectiveness
- Authors are leading experts on execution and implementation
Turn your organization's idea of a year on its head, and speed your journey to success.

- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5Amazing book! Loved it. Starting my journey today, i hope by this time in the next three weeks i will have over powered my procrastination and actually achieved my goals for once through direct action!
- Rating: 2 out of 5 stars2/5I get where this “system” is good, but the whole book was so disorganized and repetitive. It was a 237 page advertisement for you should buy this book or join their community.
- Rating: 2 out of 5 stars2/5I wasn't able to get as much out of it as I would like. I too felt like there was a little too much filler. The idea is good. The execution was not so good. It seems the book was written more with the idea of collecting data from potential customers to build a mailing list, rather than to teach a method.
- Rating: 1 out of 5 stars1/5The book has so much fillers, I wish it was more concise and to the point
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5Powerful system to achieve greatness. Greatness is in the moment. Combine lots of how to's and the Thinking shift required to accomplish your goals in 12 weeks instead of 12 months! Great links to their website that offers more products and services. Right on for this moment to put together the vision, the goals, the plan, the execution and the results on a day by day, week by week basis, living with greatness in the moment! Love the concept of the WAM Weekly Accountability Meeting to review progress, gaps, course correct, celebrate wins. Similarly to TAMs so used in Auto Industry and manufacturing with Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing applied to building quality and Accountability. Great to the point book ready to put the knowledge into action!
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5Interestig system to be followed. I will give it a try.
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5Good tips, I had actually gravitated to this with a new Finisher Secrets journal and found it help me stay much more on course. Looking forward to next ‘year’!
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5A very good, very practical and useful. To start applying what it teaches right away. I loved it.
- Rating: 2 out of 5 stars2/5Interesting system. You don’t need to read the whole book, just read a summary or the first 20-30% of the book. Everything else is a filler.
Also, I suspect these 5-star reviews are fake. IMO - Rating: 4 out of 5 stars4/5Easy motivational system to improve your results? I need to try it first...

- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5If this is your first motivational book. It's definitely worth it. If you're intermediate or advanced, you probably know the information, but it's still a good read. I'd recommend it.
