Cute picture book for young children. Short on text, so perfect for very young children, with nice illustrations, and a fantastic storyline to fuel the imagination.

This is a cute story about what horses do during the day with their humans and then what they do at night when their owners go home. You know, things like disco dancing, glamour time. This is cute and fun to read.I received a copy to facilitate my reviews. The opinions expressed here are my own.

A fun and silly book about horses that takes an unexpected turn when the horses come in for the night. The book begins describing a normal day for the horses and general horse routine, galloping, racing, eating, getting a bath; but as soon as the horses are put in for the night, out comes the disco ball! From here, the goofy side of the horses comes out and the laughs follow. Illustrations are simple, colorful and fun. We liked finding the mouse on every page! For kids ages 2-6. This book was received for free in return for an honest review.

THE NIGHT HORSES by Anaka Jones is a delightful children's book/Animals/Horses/Picture Book. "You're Invited to a Party at the Horseshoe Barn". While, this story starts out as any other "Horsey" story,it definitely does not end that way. A delightful Children's picture book that shows the relationship between animals. A cute story,with horses painting hooves pink, braiding each other's manes,telling jokes and so much more. You will not only, laugh out loud but you can close your eyes and almost see them at play. I myself often wondered as a child what animals did at night, now I know. Oh yeah the pictures are awesome. A fun read your youngsters are sure to love. Oh My Goodness!! Definitely recommend this book to others. Who knew that horses continue “living” after the owners go off to bed. The Night Horses described everything perfectly, and you can tell the author thought every horse out while she was writing this book, it was so creative. Did you know that horses painted their hooves pink, braiding manes, telling jokes, and etc.? You will just need to read this book to see for yourself!I absolutely love that my 5-year-old is a beginner reader, and the words was easy for her. The Night Horses is also a great way to bring out her imagination.
