      I read a lot. This is an important book. This book lays out a framework for operating a business based on an idea meritocracy that is a novel and unique contribution to the world. This, to me, was one of the few truly important business related books written in the last decade and is now in my top 5 books of all time.A beautiful edition, a lovely story of real family bonds which will never fade. Thank you.
