That bottom up approach is useful for developing OKRs. The observation that in global health promotion for Africa there was need to include African on board.

It is a bit boring and didn't tell me much on how to go about it. I would not recommend it. Just go directly to a training.

I needed a quick overview of OKRs as I have had some struggles with implementation. I wanted a little more than the core concepts, I wanted a touch of humanity. I found that in the stories (though heavily summarised) woven into the reading.

By stating merely the company discussed per chapter but not summarizing the takeaway made the summary more of a table of contents than an offering of ideas.
