- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5This has been a great read, if you want to meet your goals I strongly recommend this book
- Rating: 4 out of 5 stars4/5That bottom up approach is useful for developing OKRs. The observation that in global health promotion for Africa there was need to include African on board.
Whole book is great!!! - Rating: 2 out of 5 stars2/5It is a bit boring and didn't tell me much on how to go about it. I would not recommend it. Just go directly to a training.
- Rating: 4 out of 5 stars4/5I needed a quick overview of OKRs as I have had some struggles with implementation. I wanted a little more than the core concepts, I wanted a touch of humanity. I found that in the stories (though heavily summarised) woven into the reading.
- Rating: 1 out of 5 stars1/5By stating merely the company discussed per chapter but not summarizing the takeaway made the summary more of a table of contents than an offering of ideas.
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5it was worth listening and very useful for any organisation
