I think as a real estate agent it is important to read ALL the resources provided for agents, and yes, that includes this one, especially if you are new.
Peterson gives advice on things that, as a new agent and without any guidance, is important to know. Peterson's book is like a friend, giving you brief information on the industry and explaining the key points. Not all agents have that friend in the industry and for all of you, I highly recommend that you pick up this book.
