It took me longer than it should have to make all the links, but when I did… mind blown! I had to listen again to sone final chapters to take it all in. Dark. So dark!

Great performances. Audiobook made this Hallmark crime story more bearable, especially towards the end when it started getting interesting. Slow start but the ending kind of makes it worth it? I wasn't mad that I had to read it for book club and it's a bit different from the "cozy" murder mysteries that are gaining popularity. I mean murder isn't meant to be cozy and this book knows it.
