    Mindfulness meditation is a great audio book. The content has character and personality, it is excellent to have our tranquility and above all relaxation. All these beginner techniques are described very precisely and effectively in this audio book. I recommend buying it and having it. Develop other beneficial habits and feelings such as self-discipline, concentration. We can all do it, anyway I give my go-ahead to these techniques.

    I was always a very explosive person but it was doing me very badly I invested a lot in spiritual peace asking God, a friend of mine my friend recommended this audio book saying that I had learned a lot from him, so I bought the audio book and I'm just loving it, i still haven't finished listening to the little i've heard taught me a lot about meditation.
