About this audiobook
Billy's Experiment audiobook READ BY THE AUTHOR
A dark tale of mistaken identity...
On the night of a lunar eclipse, park ranger Bill Steward rescues a baby from a strange band of misfits on the misty moors of Old Castle's national park.
Seven autumns later, Bill and his wife, Dorothy, discover a ghastly experiment in a treehouse and a mysterious medical prescription written in a childish scribble.
Bill realises what he'd observed on the moors seven autumns ago wasn't what it seemed. Who was saving who, exactly?
Just as Bill's eclipse is beginning, so, too, is Billy's.
Jonathan Dunne
Admittedly, Jonathan has done things arseways most of his life, from completing a BA in Literature in his thirties to fitting teeth brackets (30's, porcelain). During this general confusion, Jonathan has had various short stories published. Jonathan suffers from photophobia though has a tendency towards fireworks. Originally from Limerick, Ireland, he now lives the reclusive life in Toledo, Spain, as a bearded hermit, with his wife and three daughters. He is known to be found in the local cemetery at the weekend during daylight hours, though for goodness sake, don’t sneak up on him.

- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5Mrs. Ganush has NOTHING on Old Hag Mrs. Downes! This book ruined Halloween for me forever, and then terrified me over and over again right up until the last devastating page! Highly recommended for anyone who loves Halloween night, and a great scary horror tale.....but be ready this deals with losing a small child.
Bill and Dorothy Stewart are losing their 3 year old son to cancer. If that is not bad enough he passes on Halloween night.
A year later. Bill witnesses a sight that he is NOT soon to ever forget.....an infant being held upside down by his ankle by a cult member who is getting ready to sacrifice it. What Bill does is something that will forever stay in my mind and will change Halloween for me for a Lonnnnnggggg time! Thanks for scaring the shit out of me in such a completely different way than I have ever been scared before. Clever and phenomenal writer and his technique for writing horror. 5 SCREAMS all the way!4 people found this helpful
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5I love his books.
I have to be honest. Scribt doesn't offer good old fashion horor fiction anymore.
This is a good old fashion horor story7 people found this helpful
- Rating: 3 out of 5 stars3/5It was a little silly for my horror tastes. The voices and comic schtick are not what I look for in this genre

- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5My new favorite author, who is an excellent narrator to boot. This audiobook was great, written sooo well and narrated perfectly, you can't stop listening. You are so drawn in with this unique storyline that stopping is not an option. Great horror and suspense, excellent character development with just enough eeek to make you cringe sprinkled in. Treat yourself, listen to this.
