Lucinda Carney is a Chartered Occupational Psychologist with many years’ Corporate HR experience leading and delivering system and Culture Change. In her role as CEO and founder of Actus Software she works with a wide variety of business professionals in a range of sectors and shares that knowledge through powerful case studies. Lucinda hosts the fast-growing and Number 1 ranking HR Uprising Podcast. She won the Everywoman Entrepreneur of the Year Award in 2016. A member of the BPS, CIPD and the Centre for Evidence Based Management (CEBma), she lives in Hertfordshire with her husband and two children and is a keen netball player in her spare time.
