About this audiobook

Frances Hodgson Burnett’s classic story follows the life of the orphaned Mary Lennox as she adapts to life with her mysterious uncle on the Yorkshire moors. It is only upon the discovery of a hidden garden that Mary’s life and her view of the world is irrevocably changed, and her own strength revealed to her.

Reclusive and obstinate, spoiled, and without a friend in the world, Mary’s quest for happiness and the transformation of her character will enchant readers today just as much as it did upon the novel’s initial publication in 1911.

In this beautiful adaption, the story comes to life with gorgeous full-colour illustrations, as well as further illustrations in black and white.

Featuring detailed foiling on the front and back and accompanied by a ribbon bookmark to keep your place, these stunning books will make a wonderful addition to any bookshelf.
