About this audiobook

She should have kissed her…

The Lady Kings and their singer, Lana Lynch, have been out of the limelight since Lana’s partner’s sudden death ten years ago. They’re ready for an epic comeback tour, but have to take a young and hip support band with them.

Cleo Palmer and The Other Women are over the moon when they get booked to support their lifelong idols and share the stage with the iconic Lady Kings—especially queer legend Lana Lynch.

But when Lana invites her to sing a sensual duet together every night, Cleo gets way more than she bargained for.

Lana and Cleo’s on-stage chemistry is off the charts, but the differences in their age and life experience, not to mention some dramatic band politics, prove difficult to overcome.

Can Lana and Cleo find their way to each other once the spotlights are switched off?

Best-selling lesbian fiction author Harper Bliss brings you an age-gap rock star romance about what happens when the passion of a performance turns into something real…

I loved it! Couldn't wait to get to the end and was then sad when it ended haha

I liked it but the ending was abrupt. I felt like so much was unresolved. Her band never really apologized. The issues with Billy were still there. Honestly there is enough for a whole other book.

4 strong stars because it was Harper Bliss, but not the 5th star because of the two obnoxious voices of Billie and Eugenia (?)
Why ruin an audiobook with annoying voices??

Another Harper Bliss gem. Touching on real life events and emotions whilst telling a great story. And god what a voice Abby Craden has to bring it all together!

A by Craden as the narrator was like a drug I could not resist listening too…Harper Bliss is a wonderful author, however this book was just okay for me. Bringing characters from a Breathless Place was a wonderful surprise.

It just lacked substance for me. They stated that they loved each other but idk how if they barely spent time together outside of preforming. It was more like insta love. I didn’t feel it. Maybe that’s because how short the book was. It was cute tho.
