Narrator David C. Dawson gave a chilling delivery of a high angst psychopath cat and mouse games. This narrator is new to me, but he is definitely not new to the craft of narration. He has multiple sexy voices up his sleeve. His breathing pattern and cadence of his voice were easy to listen to. With his voice, he enhanced the tension and drama by painting dark dramatization and different personalities for the characters. I enjoyed the dialogues. The author wrote them perfectly. I listened to him at 1.2 speed on Scribd.

The author gave birth to a psychopath, that chilled me to the bone. I will not be going anywhere in the dark very soon. His personality and gruesome killings were skillfully developed. The main focus of the plot is on the killer, but the protagonist, Anthony is personally invested in catching the murderer. I felt guilty because I liked the killer and his originality, much more than the Detective. Go, crazy psychos!

Listeners who like nerve-wracking dark tropes, and sick psycho killers playing havoc on their victims, while being frustrated by police office politics and red tape hindering, must listen to this!
