About this audiobook
This book consists of two titles, which are the following:
Book 1: Many people don’t understand what critical thinking is. Moreover, not all the ones that do, apply it in their daily lives. Politics, the media, and so many other aspects of society show how small the number is of people who use their brains.
Critical thinking means, among others, that you look at multiple sides of a controversial topic, that you can stay objective and put away your biases until you have reached a firm conclusion based on verifiable facts. This skill is highly valuable in job interviews, relationships, and everyday life.
In order to improve your critical thinking skills, it would be best to adopt the best practices that help you accomplish this task. In other words, some things help you develop this skill, others are a waste of time and effort, or even worse, go against it and cause a degeneration of your intellect and open-minded attitude.
Book 2: What makes someone a critical thinker?
The attributes of such a person are elaborately described in this book. Alongside with that, the book highlights the many benefits of critical thinking, an often-neglected brain skills society needs to improve on.
However, most of the book is focused on relevant and irrelevant reasoning. So often, we attribute certain consequences to the wrong causes. We jump to conclusions based on limited information, emotions, or generalizations. This book will clear all that up by giving you new insights to determine what is relevant and what is not.

Reviews for Critical Thinking

- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5Both the narrator and the writer put some true work into this. This was truly worth my time. Finally, a narrated book which delivers. One more point: The narrator appeared to be so great that I would definitely listen to it in the future. And perhaps more than just once. I simply cannot remember everything that's being said in these audio books, so it would be worth reminding myself of what was being mentioned. Despite of the writer's understanding about the subject, the storyteller was still the aspect I was most impressed with. This is what actually offered me on the writer's book.

- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5You gotta like something like this. This took them a ton of time and effort to write and narrate. It feels like the author did a good job here. I benefitted from this audiobook. It was really an eye-opener. I was wanting to find out more about this topic anyway, so it was no accident that I came across this book. I listened to it, and certainly not to my surprise, it was precisely what I was searching for.

- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5If you ask me, there is perhaps nothing greater on the market about this specific niche. I loved it so much that I might just tune in to it again sometime. I discovered a lot simply by soaking everything up. The info was terrific, especially if you already know a little bit about the idea. In fact, you might know nothing at all about it and still follow along effortlessly.
