The story had lots of promise but the juvenile attitude of the H drive me insane. His idiotic 'A business owner doesn't have time for paperwork' and I am mad at the bank because I have not paid my mortgage is a 14 year old mentality. The continuous attempts at humor were similar to a Saturday Night Live script that goes on too long.

There were fun times and good times in the story as well but I am on the fence about reading the next book in the series.

This book is perfect if you love mindless drivel that goes down the checklist of every romance book trope without regard to plot development or the inclusion of good romance scenes to make up for the terrible writing. It started out not terrible, but then it just got worse the longer it went on. I just wanted it to be over but there were still more cliche romance elements the author needed to shoehorn into the anemic plot.

Very nice and sweet love story. It was well narrated but it would’ve been excellent with dual narrators.
