I've read all the Lucky books and I have to say I was very disappointed in this one. If I hadn't read the previous book, I would have been extremely lost as to who was who. Some of the characters have become so lame in the storyline that I'm not even sure why they are there. The characters did more development. It's become the same old same old. There's a murder, Lucky swoops in to save the day, Teddy is still mooning over her, the French chef is madly in love with her, her mother drives her nuts, and Lucky gets hurt in solving the murder. I think maybe this series has run its course.
