I would like give it 7, 8,9 stars but those options are not available! Fucking great book is what I have to say I don’t think I could find another title more inspiring!!! Alexandra Roxio is truly a goddess divinely inspired she’s a true masterpiece of artistry and a gift to humanity!!! Fuck Yes!!!

This book is an ode to self-love and acceptance. I went into it expecting more of a physical description and list of exercises to make intimacy more connecting, but I got a more holistic look at what you can do to feel more at peace within your body and navigate the trauma and stress that you carry that inhibit your ability to live your best life.

Also as an audiobook, I feel like I could listen to Anastasia Watley talk for days, such a good narrator
