About this audiobook

After Noel Falcon professes his love to the one girl who truly holds his heart in the palm of her hand, he decides to try his damnedest to keep Lane Vance in his life forever this time. There's no way he'll let her slip through his fingers again without a fight.

The instant they are together Noel begins to plot a way to ask his headstrong ladylove to be his wife, but every attempt to pop the question is foiled by a string of mishaps that prevents him from getting the job done before he goes back on tour with Black Falcon.

Distance is a bigger challenge than Noel expects, and the one-eyed beast of jealousy raises its ugly head when Lane takes a job working on an ad campaign for Embrace the Darkness. With Striker-a man who's made his interest in Lane clear-lurking around her constantly, Noel wants to claim Lane now more than ever.

Cute story... typical normal girl from the past hooks up with now famous rocker... but it was done well. I loved that he called her out from onstage and dedicated Ball Busting Bitch to her. My complaint with rock star stories is that the guy always goes from total badass to mushy pansy because he's in love. Just once, I'd like to see a badass chick steal a rocker's heart and be able to keep up with him, not try and change him (well, maybe nix the groupies)... sigh

I am going to keep this short and sweet, as we all know how I just loooove novellas! I didn’t dislike Rock the Heart, but I liked this less. Noel is a total sap in this book. I don’t like that one bit. I get that he is in love, and that he wants to marry Lane, but geez. He is soooo sappy and weak in this book. Don’t get me wrong, it’s not a bad book. I just don’t like how his character has become so pussified from one book to the next. There are some great twists in this one, although I predicted them from the beginning. However, I was pleased that I was right in my speculations on the turn of events that take place. I will most likely read the next one, Rock my Bed. I am just hoping that it is better than this novella. (Enter sad face and pouty lip)

Editing was better. The first one and this one seemed to end abruptly though.

I liked this better than the first book and I love the ending, love Noel and I like Lanie a bit more since her drama was left in the first book.

A wonderful follow up to Rock the Heart- Nice and sappy lol!
There was always the lingering threat of Striker and if Noel was going to totally screw things up with Lane over it. The ending gave me great closure. I'm sure we will hear more about their lives in the next book Rock the Bed.
