About this audiobook
The Lean system is a great way to help you get rid of the waste in your company so that you can be more productive and increase profits.
Lean Analytics is part of this process that can help you collect the right data and get the information you need to come up with a winning strategy for your team.
The key idea behind Lean Analytics is to allow an organization to track and then optimize the metric that will matter most to its program, project or current product. There are often a myriad of ways to develop your product, but you may not have the time to work on all of them. With Lean Analytics, you'll learn how to locate and fix the one thing that makes the biggest difference.
There are a lot of different project management systems out there that you can choose to work with. But none of them will be as effective as the Lean Methodology. Lean allows you to make improvements that suit your particular industry and business, and can help you reduce waste, increase customer satisfaction, and save money at the same time. The tutorial will take some time to look at the fundamentals of Lean Analytics, one of the most important aspects of Lean's methodology.
With Lean Analytics, you'll spend some time watching your company and determining what changes need to be made. With a mix of input from your customers and employees, and your own thoughts, you will be able to make the changes that are needed in no time.
There are so many things to enjoy about Lean's philosophy, and lean analytics will help you achieve your goals, but set up a program that works specifically to meet your needs. Check out this guide to learn more about Lean Analytics and what it can do for you.

- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5I found it to be one of the most complete books on business performance management. From page one, you find yourself immersed in KPIs, metrics, various scenarios, giving you all the information that you need if you are serious about getting a business on the road. What I found to be the most valuable resource offered by this book was the way it presented the applicability of the LEAN methodology to performance management through real world case studies
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5This is quite a long book. I think it's excellent, and a natural follow-on to The Lean Start Up, which I'd also rate 5/5. I've just finished it.
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5This book had lots of useful information and examples on important metrics and how they relate to different business models. There is actionable information in this book that I can apply immediately to my organization.
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5The thing I liked most about Lean Analytics is that all of it makes perfect sense. The book provides a well thought through approach to making sense of something that can be complex and challenging at times: data.
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5Being able to compare a metric to other time periods, groups of users, or competitors, helps you understand which way things are moving.
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5Before going on to explore how metrics can be applied to different business models, the book does a great job in explaining what makes a good metric
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5Lean Analytics is a great fit within the “Lean Startup” movement. The book provides a very comprehensive overview of the different metrics worth tracking and – most importantly – offers a clear rationale as to why certain metrics should be tracked for a specific business model at a given stage.
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5The lean startup movement is entering an exciting new phase, with big picture theory + evocative anecdotes giving way to careful case studies and more refined analysis of how to apply lean as a management discipline.
