- Rating: 4 out of 5 stars4/5Some of the points listed here can be shocking. I couldn't believe at first that owning a house in most scenarios is a liability and not an asset. After careful thinking I've come to agree this notion is true. I've been living the rat race for some years now. Making profit here, a number of losses there. Years gone by without any progress, but having applied some of the tactics on leaving the rat race and moving to the right quadrant, I've finally began to see progress in just a few weeks. I recommend this to everyone trying to build and manage their income.
