About this audiobook
You’re never too young to learn the language of money… and the lessons that rich dad taught Robert. Like it or not, money is a part of our everyday lives and the more we understand it, the better the chance that we can learn to have our money work hard for us—instead of working hard for money all our lives. That starts with learning the language of money.
This book, created from the international bestseller Rich Dad Poor Dad, shares Robert’s inspiring person story but teaches how to make smart choices. Packed with straight talk, sidebars, and quizzes, this book will jumpstart a child’s personal and financial success by teaching: How to speak the language of money, ways to make money work for you, tips for success (including: “Work to learn, not to earn.”), and why games can help you understand money, investing, and ways to choose your best path to financial freedom.

What our readers think
Readers find this title to be a great book for parents to give to their kids, with simple and easy to understand concepts. The tips and information given in the book are true and applicable to almost all teens and even younger children. While some reviewers found it to be a good starting point, others recommend broadening knowledge with other books as well. The narration is dull, especially for a teen audience, but overall, readers find this book to be a wonderful and enjoyable read.

Great book for parents to give to their kids to help them learn how to make money work for them while they are young and still full of life before the real world bashes at them and ruins all hope for their future once they graduate college like it did me.1 person found this helpful

Good book. It gives you many clues to improve your financial literacy. From understanding your learning style to achieving financial freedom. I could say though, it doesn't describe each aspect thoroughly. it's a good starting point but don't stick to it. Broad your knowledge with other books as well - Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5

It is a finance book aimed at the general public as it explains how finances work using very simple terms. It may not be a book that contains a lot of vocabulary about economics and finance, but it is a book that helps you understand how you can take care of your capital. It is a great book to start in this world, as it allows you to improve the way you manage and see something very differently that we think we have a clear understanding of since school. (Translated from Spanish) - Rating: 3 out of 5 stars3/5

If you want to learn a new perspective on personal finance, this book is a good start! I recommend a summarized version as there is a lot of repetition; after reading a chapter, it summarizes it for you. (Translated from Spanish) - Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5

A book whose teachings should be instilled from childhood; if you are an adult, it is difficult to change your mindset to put its advice into practice, aside from the fears that come with already having responsibilities. Nevertheless, it is a good book to try to change that "poor" mentality that some of us have. (Translated from Spanish) - Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5

An excellent book to start with finances, as the author explains it in a very easy way and it really helps that after each episode there is a study session. (Translated from Spanish) - Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5

It's basic, but I think that's what it aims for. If you are someone with experience in finance, you won't find anything new, but its easy reading and simple messages make it an excellent starter and motivator for seeking financial independence. It is a very useful book; it explains financial concepts and terms in a simple way, allowing you to have a basic conversation in the business world. It helps you understand what kind of mindset you have and how you can change it by adopting simple habits that yield results in a short time. It teaches you the basics of creating your own financial statements (expenses and income), how to manage the cash flow pattern to become wealthy, and how to differentiate between the three types of income (Earned, Passive, and Portfolio). A book suitable for sparking curiosity in a teenager's understanding of economics. I don't recommend it as a life guide for adults; there are much more accurate readings for learning financial culture. (Translated from Spanish) - Rating: 3 out of 5 stars3/5
