Like a lot of the people reviewing this book, I thought I was going to listen to repackaged information, something I’ve previously heard / read from Ramsey. But, I was pleasantly surprised to find this book just as “giving” as its predecessors. With clear steps (that were expanded upon) and more stories, the book showed me what to believe and work for beyond steps 1 to 3. This is another one of those that I’ll be listening to / reading a few times this year! It needs to soak into my soul

I like hearing the stories of people who walked the steps and made it to millionaire status. This book has some of that. I think it shouldn’t have to go so far into the baby steps, and you can tell that he lifted some of this from other books like his one on legacies. But overall, good audio book. His testimony at the end is powerful and the best reminder that money is just an object, not a purpose.

Best book on finances I have ever read/ listened to! It came highly recommended by my millionaire mom, who had been following this teaching for years. And I wondered what changed her situation as she was also starting from nothing. I haven't read it myself till now, but realized that it was from here that my mom was teaching me from when I learned to be a faithful steward. There were too many unnecessary references to god and the bible, I’m all for charitable giving and volunteering but it doesn’t need to be through a church or have to be referred to that way constantly throughout the book.
