No fluff, just getting to the point and indicating all the power of the mind you aren’t using. You will hear, among others:
- What Lumosity is and how you can use it
- Brain training exercises you might not have heard about before
- Why it’s okay to do brain training games and even video games
- How brain training can keep you looking and feeling young
- The most important conditions to keep your brain active, healthy, and highly functional
- Health benefits to a powerful brain
- And much more!
Don’t miss out on this concise guide to train your brain the right way.

- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5I was sincerely awed by this audio book. If you ask me, there is probably absolutely nothing greater on the market place about this specific theme. There were many things within this book that I didn't understand before. I am thankful I discovered it. It was actually worth my time, especially because I listened to it while I was in my car to my job.

- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5I absolutely LOVED this audiobook! No kidding! I managed to comprehend everything clearly, not even if the narrator pronounced the words well, but also because the info in it consisted of new things to be learned. It's an appealing concept, the whole premise of this book. You do not normally see that in other books. And that's why it can use a person like me to write a few positive aspects of it.

- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5This audiobook was definitely well worth listening to, in my opinion. Some of the best secrets about this specific concept are freely being disclosed by the author. That's exactly why I love it. This deserved my time. Finally, a book which delivers. One more point: The storyteller seemed so good that I would certainly listen to it in the future. And maybe more than just one time. I can't recall every single thing that's being stated in all these books, so it would be worth reminding myself of what was being said.

- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5This audiobook is great. I enjoyed it so much that I might just tune in to it in the future sometime. I understand I'm not the best of testimonial writers, but this is worthy of appreciation. The writer and storyteller have clearly put a lot time and energy into these audiobooks.
