Boost your brain health

It's important that we keep training our brain, to keep it sharp, focused and working at its best. ‘If we tried to lift a 40kg dumb-bell without any training, it would hurt,’ says Gary Small, chair of psychiatry at Hackensack University Medical Center. ‘But when you train and then try it, it’s much easier. The same goes for the brain.’

The brain likes to be challenged. And while the jury is out on whether puzzles can help prevent Alzheimer’s, there’s no doubt that keeping your brain busy
