- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5Specific processes and social references may be outdated, but the bones of Dr. Fellow’s insight are solid. It’s easy to translate any outdated references to today’s equivalents, and actually somewhat enlightening to understand how things have changed over time. Delegation is taken for granted as an easy, one-step choice but this “podcast” (as it would likely be called today) explains the 7 steps and various considerations that need to be given due consideration.
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5Very good principles on delegation in this book! Do recommend listening to it.
