INGREDIENTS

• 30g/1¼oz butter• 1 tbsp olive oil• 2 cloves garlic, peeled and finely chopped• 1 fresh red chilli, finely sliced• 175g/6oz raw king prawns, cleaned and• ½ tsp chilli powder• ½ tsp chilli flakes• 1 tbsp sriracha sauce• 1 tsp light soy sauce
