Herb and spice feta
These feta balls are simple enough to make but I chose four different flavourings to give them a little extra dimension. They will keep submerged in oil in an unopened jar in the fridge for up to a week.

200g feta, cut into 12 pieces
1 tsp sumac
1½ tsp dried wild oregano
2 tsp pul biber chilli flakes
2 tsp nigella seeds
extra-virgin olive oil flatbread, warm, to serve
1 Shape the feta pieces into balls using your hands, then roll three of the balls in one of the four spices until evenly coated all over. Repeat with the remaining balls and spices until you have three of each flavour.
Put them all onto a small serving plate, drizzle with oil and serve with warm flatbread. Alternatively, put the coated feta in
