500g green beans
60g pork mince
2 tsp minced ginger
2 tsp chopped garlic
1 tsp Sichuan ground red pepper
3 whole dried chillies
2 tbsp light soy sauce
1 tsp white sugar
1 tsp black vinegar

1 Fry beans in a little vegetable oil for 35 to 40 seconds at 170°C until they take on a slightly rough texture. Set aside.
