CHICKEN TORTILLA BAKE

• 500g jar chicken cacciatore simmer sauce
• 400g can red kidney beans, rinsed, drained
• 12 corn tortillas, cut into strips
• 500g barbecued chicken, shredded
• 2 cups grated tasty cheese
• baby cos, coriander, to serve
Preheat oven to 180°C. Grease a 2-litre casserole dish. In a medium Bake, covered, 30 mins. Remove foil, sprinkle remaining cheese over tortillas, then bake 10 mins until cheese is melted. Serve with halved baby cos and coriander, if liked.
