Raspberry chia pots

Serves 6 Prep 5 minutes, plus 1 hour chilling

½ cup cashews
500g raspberries (fresh or frozen)
1 cup coconut milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
75g chia seeds

1 In a blender, place the cashews, berries, coconut milk and vanilla, and blitz until smooth.

Into a bowl, pour the mixture and add the chia seeds. Stir thoroughly
